  18. All sales are final. Due to the nature of market research products—where insights represent proprietary expertise—payments are non-refundable, consistent with industry standards. However, clients receive comprehensive post-purchase support, including:

    • Direct consultation time with the report author or analyst
    • Additional data points upon request (up to 10% of the report’s cost, free of charge)
