Online Delivery

After payment has been received, the published report will be sent to you via email in PDF format. Delivery 0f customized reports will follow the schedules decided with the customer.

Physical Delivery

Within three to five business days of receiving the payment, a printed copy of the published report will be delivered.

Delivery fees will be assessed for hard copies based on the client's location. Go 2 Market Research makes no promises regarding the quality of the items when they are delivered and is not responsible for any damage that occurs while the goods are being transported. If a replacement can be made without incurring additional costs, it is up to the publisher's discretion.

Customization
